Plants

No Flower
No Color
No Petals
No Leaves.

Life Stollen
From the hot summer sun,
All shriveled up and back on the ground.

Roots all weak
And all coming out,
And petals stolen from the
Sweet summer breeze.

Plant stays still facing the ground.

No Petal
No Breeze
No Root
No Life.

For our topic land, sea and sky we wrote a poem about a dieing plant.
We used another poem called the Blackbird.
Here is mine.
Kate.
